Hi there, I’m Tina! As a National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach (NBC-HWC), I specialize in helping women over 40 take control of their health - whether it’s managing stress, improving gut health, balancing weight, or simply feeling more energized and vibrant. 

I understand how overwhelming life can be when you're juggling a demanding career, family, and everything else - and I’ve been there myself. After experiencing burnout, I realized that reclaiming my wellness required more than just focusing on nutrition. I had to address sleep, hydration, stress management, and intentional movement to restore balance. Self-care couldn’t just be a buzzword - it had to become a reality. By taking a holistic approach and focusing on one goal at a time, I was able to regain my energy and clearly see my vision for a healthier life. This journey inspired me to train as a health coach and culinary nutrition expert, so I could help others do the same.
